Our distribution system is set up to ship materials within 48 hours of processing your order. Depending on your location, your order will deliver in 10–15 days after it is processed.

Return Policy:

All returns must be authorized in advance by calling Buckle Down Publishing at 800-776-3454 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only complete sets of unused materials may be returned. Returned shipments not displaying an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused. Place a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside the package.

Terms are net 30 (thirty) days.

Payments and Credits:
Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. Unless prepaid, all orders must have a valid purchase order number. Terms are net 30 days.

Review requests are shipped vis U.S. Mail. Orders may be shipped UPS or by freight truck. Shipments should be inspected and checked upon receipt. Please notify Buckle Down Publishing of any shortage or damage within 7 days of receiving order.
