Shipping Time:

Our distribution system is set up to ship materials within 48 hours of processing your order. Depending on your location, your order will deliver in 10–15 days after it is processed.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our materials within 90 days of your purchase, simply call Customer Service at 800-776-3454 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm eastern) and we will process your return, excluding shipping and handling. Unused and complete sets of materials only, please.

Return Policy:

If you need to return Buckle Down materials, please contact Customer Service. Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date and all materials must be in clean, saleable condition. Return shipping charges will apply. Stamped books will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
